Welcome to Shiva! Based in the Duchy Estate of Nansledan in Newquay, Cornwall, Shiva is a popular yoga and pilates studio with a health inspired cafe run by Chloe and Jimmy.
Our studio offers different classes from vinyasa, rocket and yin to slow flow and classical pilates. All levels are welcome! Our cafe serves the ultimate coffee and sweet treats, popular Sunday roasts and fine dining Supper Clubs, plus health inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch and the good times in between.
