pilates 8 week programme

Starting in the new year, our pilates 8 week programme begins! Every week we'll be targeting a different area of the body- we'll be starting with the hamstrings, so the same routine will be taught throughout the first week; 

- Wednesdays @ 9.15am
- Thursdays @ 6pm
- Saturdays @ 9am

...so if you miss your regular time, fear not as you'll be able to join any of the other classes that week and keep up to date with the programme. If for some reason you do end up missing out a week, don't stress as no knowledge of previous sessions are required.
