At Shiva Studio we do not offer a 'beginners' or 'advanced' pilates course as our classes are adapted to suit the level of the students.  Chloe is a classically trained Pilates teacher and always provides modifications and adaptations to the exercises being taught, to make the movements available to every body and every mobility level.

The Pilates classes always have a strong focus on working on hamstring flexibility, core & back strength as well as releasing tension from the neck and shoulders. Many exercises are repeated week after week to allow the student to see their progression and to gain familiarity with the movements being taught. Pilates is generally a mat based practice so all exercises are either lying on the back or stomach.
