Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga encourages women to keep moving and supple and hopefully avoid or reduce hip and back pain. Suitable for all pregnant women after 12 weeks gestation, no previous experience of yoga is neccessary. Run by Traci B, an experienced midwife; this this is yoga class is also a relaxed environment and a great space to ask any questions and to meet other local pregnant women.

Post-natal yoga

Postnatal yoga is a gentle restorative practice best commenced from 6 weeks after birth. It will help to restore your muscle strength and improve your sense of well being. Take some time for yourself, for an hour of calm with no little people.
