Here at Shiva Studio, we offer a wide range of yoga & pilates classes, from vinyasa, rocket & yin to slow flow and classical pilates.

If you're a total newbie and want to get stuck in, then we're here to help. There's no such thing as "not being flexible enough" (which we hear all the time by the way)! No matter your age or fitness level, we want you to feel confident enough by the end of the course to join in our regular timetabled classes!
5 week Kids Yoga course (£30)

6 WEEK MUM & BABY YOGA COURSE (£48)
Course dates: Tuesdays @ 1pm: 9th Nov-14th Dec: BOOK HERE
(starting from when your baby is 6 weeks (vaginal birth or 8 weeks cesarean birth) - up to when your baby becomes mobile.
Come and meet a community of new mums in a yoga class that can help you tone, strengthen and re-connect with your body through breath and specific postnatal exercises. Bond with your baby in yoga poses you can do together along with singing and massage.
We offer a range of workshops from handstand techniques to gong baths.
