6 WEEK TOTAL BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE (£48)
If you're a total newbie and want to get stuck in then we're here to help. There's no such thing as "not being flexible enough" (which we hear all the time by the way)! No matter your age or fitness level., we want you feel confident enough by the end of the course to join in our regular timetabled classes
5 week Kids Yoga course (£30)
Course dates: 26th July - 23rd August
Tots Yoga (5-9yrs) Mondays @ 3.45-4.30pm
Just a heads up; Shiva Cafe will remain open until 4.30pm for all caffeine hungry parents!
Tween Yoga (10-14yrs) Mondays@ 4.30-5.30pm
5 WEEK MUM & BABY YOGA COURSE (£40)
Course dates: Fridays @ 11am: 2nd - 3oth July: FULLY BOOKED
(starting from when your baby is 6 weeks vaginal birth or 8 weeks (cesarean birth) - up to when your baby becomes mobile
Come and meet a community of new mums in a yoga class that can help you tone, strengthen and re-connect with your body through breath and specific postnatal exercises. Bond with your baby in yoga poses you can do together along with singing and massage.
We offer a range of workshops from handstand techniques to gong baths.
